Pijoan and Barrenechea improve their doubles record to 4-5 for the season. The last Bengal off the court was Sophomore Alex Buceta who fell in a close super-ten point tie breaker to Justin Hauck at the number five spot. Leading the super-ten point tie-breaker throughout the match Hauck continuously gained points on serve to catch up and surpass Buceta to take the tie-break 10-8.

WOMEN'S RESULTS
Sophomore Lisel Lewis and junior Lauren Pascoe gained the other doubles victory to clinch the doubles point when they defeated Gabriela Venditto and Keya Adamson 8-3 at the number two doubles spot. Pascoe played the deciding match for the Bengals. She fought hard to take the first set 6-4, but was overcome in the second and third sets 6-4, 6-3 at the number four spot. Magaly Rivera, a sophomore, defeated Elsje Beneke in thee sets. Rivera was overtaken in the first set 6-4, but redeemed herself by capturing the second and third set 6-4, 6-3 at the number six spot. Sophomore Lewis fell to Gabriela Venditto 7-6, 6-4 at the number one spot.

SAME TIME LAST YEAR
Last year the Bengal men took on Montana and fell 7-0, with only a single doubles victory. The Bengals have only two returning players from the competition, sophomore's Jeremy Atkin and David Kutchins. The women fell to Northern Arizona 7-0 last season. Sophomore additions Magaly Rivera and Madison Snevily look to make an impact on the teams score.
